Commissioning &operational readiness..
Mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and handover of fluid power systems using calibrated equipment and documented results.
Overview
Commissioning is treated as a planned sequence, not an end-of-schedule scramble. AHH works through mechanical completion, pre-commissioning checks, function testing and handover so that fluid power systems are proven before production is expected of them.
The problem it solves
Commissioning is often compressed at the back end of a project, after installation delays have consumed the float. Systems that were never flushed, tested or documented properly then surface as defects during ramp-up. Planning the commissioning scope early removes that risk.
