Hydraulic hose being crimped in an AHH field workshop

Fluid power systems partner

Fluid power systems, built to stay running.

Australian Hose & Hydraulics installs, commissions and supports hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic and instrumentation systems—working alongside EPCM, SMP, OEM and owner teams from first fill to lifecycle support.

Positioning

A specialistpartner, not aline item.

AHH is a specialist fluid power contractor delivering hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic and instrumentation systems across mining, industrial and infrastructure projects. Based in Adelaide, South Australia, mobilising Australia-wide.

We support the asset for its whole life—supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, modification and upgrade—so accountability doesn't change hands every time the scope does.

The gap we close

Fluid power fallsbetween scopes.

On most projects, hydraulic scope sits between the equipment supplier and the installing contractor. The supplier's responsibility ends at the skid. The contractor isn't resourced for specialist fluid power work. Contamination control, flushing and certification get pushed to the end of the schedule—where there is no float left.

AHH ownsthat scope.

We take the fluid power package from scope review through to documented handover: installed to the drawing set, flushed to target cleanliness, tested with calibrated equipment and certified on site. One partner, one point of accountability, one set of records.

Mobile field workshop

Manufacture andcertify on site.

The field workshop brings hose manufacture to 2 inches, RS23 testing and certification, diagnostics, flushing and first fill directly to the asset—removing the off-site round trip from the critical path.

  • Hose manufacture to 2 inches
  • RS23 testing and certification
  • Hydraulic diagnostics
  • Pressure testing
  • Flow testing
  • Accumulator charging
  • Tube and pipe installation
  • Filtration and flushing
  • First fill
  • Oil transfer

Contamination control

Cleanliness isplanned, notdiscovered.

Fluid cleanliness drives equipment reliability and asset life. AHH plans flushing, filtration and first fill from the beginning of the project and verifies the result before handover.

  • System flushing
  • High-velocity flushing
  • First-fill management
  • Filtration
  • Oil transfer
  • Cleanliness verification
  • Oil sampling
  • Water removal
