We support the asset for its whole life—supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, modification and upgrade—so accountability doesn't change hands every time the scope does.

The contractor isn't resourced for specialist fluid power work. Contamination control, flushing and certification get pushed to the end of the schedule—where there is no float left.
